All of our consultations are one-on-one with an experienced physiotherapist who is registered
with Australian Physiotherapy Association. GP referrals are not necessary and we will give you an
instant rebate on your consultation provided you bring your health insurance card along.
Our experienced physios will provide you with an accurate diagnosis and hands-on therapy to get you feeling better within the first treatment. We’ll help you understand the cause of your problem in simple terms and collaborate with you on a plan to get better, including structured exercises and stretches. We work closely with specialised personal trainers to provide advice on training programs and techniques so that you enjoy positive, long-term results.
Pilates with a Physio
We pack clinical knowhow into your Pilates so that you can enjoy an uplifting workout whilst rehabilitating any injuries that you may be sporting. You will move safely at first and be challenged later. Pilates methodology is based on restoring balance and control to the body and in the hands of our physiotherapist, we guarantee these exercises will target where you need them most.
If you’re nursing some long-standing niggles but want someone with the expertise to challenge you, enliven your workouts and improve your ability to become a better mover, then train with one of our physios or corrective exercise experts in our fully-equipped gym.
Remedial or Sports Massage
Whether its a remedial or sports massage, we guarantee you the same high quality service every single time. This is because our therapists undergo a rigorous selection criteria and complete a detailed in-house training program to deliver what we think is the best massage in Melbourne. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ll even refund your money. Just say the word.
We’ve worked closely with GPs, sports physicians and orthopaedic surgeons over 20 years, worked extensively with the Melbourne Orthopaedic Group and catered to those people that want to get the most out of life post surgery. Our “op fit” programs help you prepare for upcoming surgery through to the early stages of rehab. We use biomechanical assessment, gait re-education and corrective exercise to ultimately get you back to optimal performance.
